Presently, Chinese auto industry is booming, traditionally manufacturers are expanding output capacities, while the new comers are flooding into the sector. Even a large number of foreign manufacturers are flocking into Chinese auto sector, due to the low-cost manufacturing in China. There has been an overcapacity in Chinese auto sector.
