Independent innovation is necessary for the development of new energy vehicles in China: 1. The new round of demonstration and promotion of new energy vehicles in China has started and the government authorities will continue to support these activities by financial subsidies; 2. Constantly changing the business modes to promote the development of new energy vehicle market; 3. Speeding up the construction of infrastructure for recharging of new energy vehicles to form a sustainable operating mechanism; 4. Strengthening the basic research and the R & D of core technologies to accelerate the industrialization of new energy vehicles; 5. Strengthening the international cooperation to boost the international exchanges in the R & D and demonstration of new energy vehicles; 6. To encourage the formation of technology innovation alliances.
